Is your meat Halal certified?

Yes, 100% of our products are Halal certified. We strictly adhere to Halal sourcing and processing standards to ensure peace of mind for all our customers.

Is the meat fresh or frozen?

We specialize in fresh meat. Our products are sourced daily from local farms and the catch of the day. They are hygienically cleaned, vacuum-packed to seal in freshness, and delivered in temperature-controlled bags.

Where do you source your seafood from?

Our seafood is sourced directly from trusted local fishermen and coastal markets to ensure you get the freshest catch available in Sri Lanka.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

You can easily order through our website by adding items to your cart and checking out. Alternatively, you can send us your order list via WhatsApp for quick processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfers (Koko/MintPay if you have them), and secure Online Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard).

Can I request specific cuts (e.g., Curry Cut vs. Large Pieces)?

Absolutely! When placing your order, there is a section for "Order Notes." Please specify if you want curry pieces, BBQ cuts, or whole fillets, and our butchers will prepare it exactly how you like.

Delivery

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Colombo 01-15 and the surrounding suburbs (Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Rajagiriya, Nugegoda, Battaramulla, etc.). If you are unsure if we cover your area, please WhatsApp us.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically delivered on the same day. Orders placed after noon will be delivered the following morning to ensure maximum freshness.

Is there a delivery fee?

We offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below that amount, a nominal delivery fee applies based on your location.

Returns & Hygiene

What if I am not satisfied with the quality?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you find any issue with the freshness or quality of your order upon delivery, please inform our delivery rider or contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How is the meat packed?

We use vacuum-sealed, food-grade packaging. This method prevents bacteria growth and keeps the meat fresh for longer compared to standard polythene bags.
